In 2018, we found ourselves after many years of ministry, investment of time, travel, energy and resources in Latin America and Spain not finding all the results we had hoped for working with existing small groups, churches and pastors who had already established themselves with their culture, teaching, worship, authority structure, values and practices.
Story
Desiring to be much more intentional and effective in forming Pastors, Leaders and
Entrepreneurs for the next generations, WE believe God inspired us to start the CCC Instituto. From the beginning, we can instill the DNA of La Vina, train through practical leadership development, inspire through Biblical principles of spiritual authority and gifts of the Spirit, encourage the expectancy of God’s moving and acting according and in harmony with the Life of Christ lived by and acting in Jesus’ teaching of the Kingdom of God in the Gospels.

Foundation
Foundations built during COVID, then pouring the floors next door to Vina Palmares

Structure going up to the second floor for 3 dorms for 25, and 2 guest apartments, and start of 2 roofs.
Roofing
Roofing the teaching area - with its own baths and kitchen for the multipurpose room.
Concrete Walls
Finishing roof and building windows, electric, plumbing floors, full kitchen, and partial air conditioning.
Finishing Touches
Building, landscaping, parking lot, A/V Studio, two kitchens equipment, furnishings/linens, alarm, solar HW, complete for 30.
